SUMASRI was established in 2008 and aims to achieve capacity building in the field of scientific research through the provision of infrastructure to conduct research and the encouragement and support of researchers to successfully apply for local and international funding. The institute has the ability to provide the location and the materials needed by researchers. There are units to analyse results with biotechnology and statistical programmes. SUMASRI aims to supply everything researchers need to conduct research in medical and scientific fields.
